Will the Playbook tell me how to fill out the SSN field on DS-11?
Yes. The Playbook includes the State Department’s published procedure for parents who have never been issued an SSN — nine zeros plus the exact signed statement language. This is in Module 1.
Does the Playbook work for older children?
Yes. Module 5 covers older unregistered children and the additional evidence strategies that work best when a child is past the standard 5-year secondary evidence window.
