How do I schedule my three calls?
After purchase, you’ll receive a calendar link. You schedule each call when you’re ready — you don’t have to use all three at once. Most families use one early in the process for evidence planning, one before the acceptance appointment, and one to handle any correspondence afterward.
What if I need more than three calls?
Additional 1-hour calls can be purchased separately at our standard consulting rate. Most DWY customers find three calls sufficient because of the email and message support included between calls.
Is the Baptism Certificate legally binding?
It’s a religious record — a formal certificate documenting a religious ceremony. The State Department recognizes religious records as one category of secondary evidence under 22 CFR § 51.42 when issued by a religious institution and created at or near the time of the ceremony.
Can the team help me write a response if my application is rejected?
Yes. That’s exactly what the agency correspondence coaching covers. Most so-called ‘rejections’ are actually requests for additional evidence — we walk you through what’s being asked, help you assemble the response, and review your reply before you send it.
How quickly do you respond to messages?
We aim to respond within one business day for routine messages. If you’ve received an urgent letter from the State Department or have a time-sensitive question, flag it and we prioritize accordingly.
What’s your refund policy?
All sales are final. Because DWY includes immediate access to the Bundle plus reserved consulting time, we cannot offer refunds once a purchase is complete. Results may vary based on use of the materials and how thoroughly you engage with the coaching.
