Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026

DISCLAIMERThis content is for educational and entertainment purposes only. We are not licensed attorneys and do not hold ourselves out to be. Nothing on this site constitutes legal or tax advice. You may consult a qualified attorney for your specific situation.

1. Agreement to Terms

By purchasing or accessing any product, service, or content from The Passport Path (“we,” “us,” “our,” or “the Company”), including thepassportpath.com, passportwithoutbirthcert.com, The Passport Path Playbook, the Templates Bundle, the Complete Bundle, the Done With You service, or any associated digital downloads or coaching (“the Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree to these terms, do not purchase or use any of our Services.

2. Educational and Entertainment Purposes Only

All content, materials, products, and services offered by The Passport Path are provided strictly for educational and entertainment purposes. The Passport Path is not a law firm. We are not licensed attorneys. We do not provide legal advice, tax advice, financial advice, immigration advice, or any other form of professional advice. Nothing in our products, on our websites, or during any consulting calls constitutes legal advice or creates an attorney-client relationship of any kind.

You should consult a qualified attorney for any legal questions specific to your situation, particularly involving custody, guardianship, immigration, or other complex matters.

3. All Sales Are Final

All sales are final. Because our products are immediately delivered digital files (PDFs, .docx templates, official forms, video content) and — for the Done With You tier — include reserved consulting time and scheduling, we do not offer refunds, partial refunds, or exchanges once a purchase is complete. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

4. Results May Vary

Results may vary and depend entirely on the customer’s use of the materials. The Passport Path makes no guarantees, warranties, or representations regarding any specific outcome from using our products or services, including but not limited to whether any government agency will issue a passport, ITIN, or any other document.

Outcomes are determined by federal and state agencies based on their own review of evidence, their own published procedures, and factors entirely outside our control. We provide procedural information, templates, and coaching — we do not control or influence agency decisions.

5. Customer Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

  • How you use, complete, submit, or rely on any of our materials;
  • The accuracy and truthfulness of any information you submit to any government agency;
  • Compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws;
  • Any decisions you make regarding your child’s birth registration, Social Security Number, tax identification, or passport application;
  • Verifying the current accuracy of any cited regulations, fees, or procedures before submission, as government processes change.

6. Hold Harmless and Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless The Passport Path, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, and content providers (collectively, the “Indemnified Parties”) from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to:

  • Your use of, or inability to use, our Services;
  • Your submission of any materials to any government agency;
  • Any decision or action you take or fail to take based on our content or coaching;
  • Any violation of these Terms by you;
  • Any violation of applicable law by you;
  • Any third-party claim related to your use of our Services.

This indemnification obligation survives the termination of these Terms and your use of our Services.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE PASSPORT PATH OR ANY OF THE INDEMNIFIED PARTIES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST DATA, OR ANY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE OUR SERVICES.

OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO OUR SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations on liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

8. Intellectual Property

All content provided by The Passport Path — including the Playbook, templates, Forms Guide, website copy, video content, and coaching materials — is the intellectual property of The Passport Path. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these materials for your own personal use only.

You may not redistribute, resell, share, sublicense, or create derivative works from our materials. The official US Department of State forms (DS-11, DS-10, DS-3053) included in our products are public domain federal works (17 USC § 105) and may be redistributed freely; this does not extend to our companion materials.

9. No Endorsement

The Passport Path is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the US Department of State, the Internal Revenue Service, the Social Security Administration, or any other federal, state, or local agency. References to government forms, regulations, or procedures are for educational purposes only.

10. Modifications to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be posted on our website. Your continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms otherwise remain in full force and effect.
